I have used Phonegap since before Adobe acquired it in 2011. The framework is great, and the diagram above summarizes it fairly well. In it’s most basic form, Phonegap allows developers such as myself to code the client side of applications in any Javascript framework including Angular, React, or simple jQuery. Phonegap then compiles the App for Android, iOS, Windows, Blackberry, and Ubuntu phones. This allows the application to be created 1 time with minimal tweaks to get it running on multiple mobile operating systems.
I don’t just build mobile applications, I make data-driven applications. If you need an app that recalls and does something with data it requires a backend. I am a LAMP developer, which means I have the server side experience and skill set to build the infrastructure required for your mobile application to communicate.
